Free shipping applies only to in-stock orders shipping Standard or Economy Rate.
Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping outside the continental United States.
Free shipping does not apply to orders for large framed art, statues, candles, or any other irregular sized or fragile items. Free shipping also does not apply to Special Order items like Special Order Recommend Holders, CTR Rings, or Missionary Plaques. Seagull reserves the right to charge shipping on any item that requires unusual shipping preparation or significant shipping cost.
2018 Christmas Shipping Deadlines
In order to make sure your order is delivered by Christmas Eve, you will need to place it by the following dates and times:
- Economy = Not Guaranteed
- Standard Shipping = Friday December 14th at 7:00am MST
- Western U.S. (UT, CA, NV, ID, CO, WY, OR, WA) = Wednesday December 19th at 7:00 am MST
- Priority Shipping = Wednesday December 19th by 7:00am MST
- Express Shipping = Thursday December 20th by 7:00am MST

Please remember that estimated times for each shipping method only apply to Monday through Friday, and you will need to add 1-3 days for your order to be processed prior to shipping.

*Economy shipping option only available on orders for Books, CD's, and DVD's and only available for orders placed online. Economy shipping is sent through USPS Media Mail which is not insured.

*Orders for CTR Rings will only be charged the Economy rate as they are shipped directly from the manufacturer and can take 8-10 days to arrive.

*Framed Art Fee covers the special shipping supplies we must use to ensure your artwork gets to you in good condition.
This fee also covers Express shipping through FedEx which provides insurance coverage against potential damage.
*Special shipping charges may apply to other fragile and over-sized product.
You may return any item purchased at SeagullBook.com as long as it meets the following conditions:
- Returned merchandise must be received by SeagullBook.com within 30 days of the initial shipment.
- Merchandise must be in sellable condition (clean, no crimped pages or broken spines)
- Due to copyright laws; CDs, DVD's, Blu-Ray Discs, and software can be returned only if unopened. If the item you received is sealed in shrink-wrap, this must remain unopened and intact.
- Clothing must still have tags, and be clean and in good condition.
You do not need to ask our permission to return an item if it meets the above conditions. If you need to return merchandise due to a manufacturer defect or error in shipping, please contact the internet staff to receive a paid FedEx return label.
When returning product, please indicate the reason for your return on the reverse side of the shipment's packing slip and include it in the box. If you no longer have the packing slip, please include a note with your contact information, order number, and reason for return.

SeagullBook.com cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns. For your protection, you may wish to send your return via FedEx, UPS, or insured mail. We will issue a refund to your account, less the original shipping charge only after receiving your return. Please allow two to three weeks for returns to be processed.
Items that meet the above criteria can also be returned at any Seagull Book store location. Be sure to bring your order number or packing slip with you in case they have any questions.
International Shipping Powered by
We have partnered with Fed Ex Cross Borders International to make our services more accessible to our international customers.
At checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country and continue with checkout, you will be automatically transferred to Fed Ex Cross Borders's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Fed Ex Cross Borders will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Fed Ex Cross Borders's Global Distribution Facility where Fed Ex Cross Borders will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service. You will be able to track your package throughout the entire shipment process.

Shipping to Jails
It is our understanding that the majority of prisons and jails will no longer accept shipments of books. They have asked instead to have money put into the inmate's account so they can use the bookstore at that facility. It is best to be aware of the policy at the facility you wish to ship to and follow their instructions. We cannot guarantee delivery of product to jails. If the shipment is returned to us we will refund the cost of the returned product however the cost of shipping will not be refunded.
