A. Unfortunately, gift cards can only be redeemed in a Seagull store, or by phone.
Q. What number do I call to place or follow up on a phone order?

Q. Does Seagull Book sell eBooks?
A. We do not offer an ebook option.
Q. Do you match your competitor's offers?
A. Yes, we do match most prices and promotions offered by Deseret Book. We just need a copy of or link to their ad.
Q. I have a manuscript that I want to submit. Where do I send it?
A. Seagull Book is not a publisher, but a retailer only. For publishing consideration, you will need to contact Covenant Communications or Deseret Book Publishing.
Q. I have a product that I want to sell in your stores. What do I do?
A. You may obtain a product submission packet by clicking here: New Product Submission Form.
Q. Does Seagull Book offer wholesale discounts?
A. Seagull Book is a business to customer retailer, and as such does not offer wholesale discounts.
Q. How do I sign up to receive your monthly mailer?
A. You can do this by contacting the Internet Staff. with your mailing address.
Q. Can I return my online order to a Seagull Book store?
A. Yes. All of our stores will accept returns of online orders as long as they meet the standards detailed in our Return Policy. Please make sure to print out a copy of your email receipt and bring it with you when making a return to a store. If you no longer have this information, you can receive a new email receipt by contacting the internet staff.
